Mariska & Arthur AIRBNB (Netherlands) Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Je zit op een ideale plek om de stranden in het ‘verre’ westen te bezoeken. De tuin is prachtig en ruim met een groot zwembad. We vonden te tuin mooier dan op de foto’s. Wij hadden de groene kamer, een hoek appartement, wat top is met twee dubbele openslaande deuren. Wij waren met twee volwassenen en een (bijna) peuter, dat ging super! Oh, de eigenaren zijn ontzettende leuke mensen.

Whit L. via VRBO(CANADA) Just be Cool From the moment we walked through the gate Persita, Perry, and Dana made us feel right at home. The yard / pool area was immaculately clean and tidy. Perry went out of his way and built us rinse tanks, and hanging rails for all of our scuba gear. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and clean with all the amenities one could ask for. The property is located in a perfect location if you want peace and quiet, only a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the areas dive operator. One of the best shore dive locations is right there as well. This is definitely an amazing place to stay, the pool was a definite plus after diving all morning. I would highly recommend this property.

The best beaches are not the long, expansive patches of sand found in other islands, but rather smaller, more intimate beaches found in secluded inlets, called "bocas" in Papiamentu. Many of the best beaches are found at the west end of the island, which is fittingly named Westpunt, or "west point".
