  1. Water & electricity- There is no extra fee for water and or electricity use, we do appreciate wise / careful usage. Electricity is expensive on the island, please help save energy.

  2. Smoking -  is NOT allowed NOWHERE on the premises or in the apartments.

  3. Late check-out -is free of charge upon availability.

  4. Visitors -  If  Guests receive visitor (s) onto the property to stay during the day, a US$25.00 cover charge will be applied per person. This charge will cover a Day Pass allowing the visitor to use the facilities, which is valid between the hours of 10:00 am through 7:00 pm for a maximum of  3 visitors per apartment.

  5. Deposit -  A Deposit of US 150 must be paid when check-in in cash and will be refunded the same day in cash when check out if there are no mayor damages.

  6. Linen/towels - Linen and towels  at entrance, one  free cleaning service  for a stay of 10 days or longer.

  7. Maid service - Extra Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate but is available upon request for a fee of US 35.

  8. Parking - The apartments come with parking for 1 car onsite per apartment.We cannot guarantee any more than this as the property has limited onsite parking.

  9. Air Conditioning - Please be sure to keep the bedroom doors and windows closed when you are running the AC unit.  If you open the doors or windows while the AC is running you could freeze up the compressor, possibly causing an expensive repair to the unit that you may be held accountable for.

  10. Events and parties - allowed if entire resort has been rented by the same group only for wedding purposes

  11. Arrival - inform us of your expected arrival time so that we are ready to welcome you.

  12. Integrity and fairness - We expect our guests to uphold the highest standard of integrity and fairness. You must report any incidents and/or damages to the property as soon as possible, or at the time of check out.  

  13. Maximum Guests allowed -  You must observe the maximum number of guests when booking your stay. Please do NOT exceed the number of guests allowed per night which have been paid for in the reservation without informing the property management.

  14. Children - All children are welcome.

    All children under 4 years stay free of charge in a crib or extra bed. Any additional older child or adult is charged USD 60 per night for extra beds.

    The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1, applicable only for the  RED & GREEN apartments. 

  15. Violation of our policies - by a guest will result in eviction and the forfeiture of all moneys paid including but not limited to the deposit.

  16. Drinking & eating - Absolutely NO drinking or eating in the bedrooms. Food and drink stains are costly to treat. The cost incurred to clean any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

  17. Amenities - For your convenience each apartment will be supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dishwashing soap and garbage bags for the first night’s supply. We encourage our guests to bring extra supplies along with groceries. We offer a basic package upon request with extra charges.

  18. Age Requirements - No reservations will be accepted for vacationing students or singles/couples  under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

  19. Refunds - No refunds are given for shortened stays. 

  20. Cancelation Policy - Guests can cancel free of charge until 2 hours after final reservation.The guest will be charged for the total price. We accept payments by: Debit, Credit card, Bank transfers or via Payoneer payment option.
