Terms & Conditions – Malika Apartments


Last updated: 29th July 2025

By making a reservation or staying at Malika Apartments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation & Payment
– Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or deposit is received.
– Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or as otherwise communicated.
– A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is verified.

2. Check-in / Check-out
– Check-in: From 3:00 PM
– Check-out: By 12:00 AM
– Early check-in/late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
– No changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed after 2 hours from confirmation and payment.
– If you need to change or cancel, you must do so within 2 hours of receiving confirmation.
– No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.

4. House Rules
– No smoking is allowed inside the apartments. Smoking is only permitted outside the premises.
– Pets not allowed.
– Only registered guests may stay overnight, with prior approval and payment as applicable.

5. Liability
– Malika Apartments is not responsible for injury, loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.
– Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance
– Free of charge cleaning is provided for stays of 14 days or longer.

– For shorter stays, cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

– Fresh towels, bed linens, and pool towels are included.

– Towels will not be changed daily to support environmental sustainability.

7. Self-Check-In
– Self-check-in instructions are provided via email or WhatsApp before arrival.
– Guests are responsible for following the instructions.

8. Force Majeure
– We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, power outages).

9. Privacy Policy
– Guest data is used only for communication and reservations.
– We do not sell or share personal data.
